Welcome to the Morningside Trio website
The Morningside Trio, named after the Morningside neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was founded in early 2007 as a collaboration of three active chamber musicians to explore the surprising wealth of music written for the combination of clarinet, cello, and piano. Our goal is to produce high quality performances of programs containing lesser known works from compositional masters and new works emerging contemporary composers for the Pittsburgh community.
